Harcourt to inform you that he proposes to

select you for transfer to Hong Kong as

Assistant Auditor with salary at the rate of

$420 per annum rising by triennial increments

of £40 to £540.

2. The appointment will be subject to

the Colonial Regulations, to the General Orders

issued from time to time by the Government of

Hong Kong and to the General Instructions and

Rules of the Colonial Audit Department.

3. The enclosed memorandum gives in-

formation as to the leave regulations in force.
